|2016-01-12 16:30:46||olisasegun||My problem with Atrex Trade started about a month ago when my perfect money account was wiped out by hackers. I was advised by PM admin. to change passwords to all my sensitive accounts. Having changed all my passwords I discovered I could no longer access my Atrex Trade account with both my new and old passwords. Sensing the possibility of another security breach I immediately contacted Atrex Trade account, and I was told my account will be temporarily suspended. I was asked to send my international passport and statement of account to confirm I am the rightful owner of the account. I submitted these documents immediately and I was assured my problem will be sorted out within 3-5 business days. I sent a mail to remind them on the 6th working day after, I was told my account will be reactivated on the 7th of January. I sent 3 mails to remind them of my account reactivation but there was no acknowledgement of receipt or reply to my mail. This seriously scared me, because this was unlike them.||pending|
|2015-09-30 17:18:17||cdaley2011||The compounding feature on the website where it states: "You can turn on or off your compounding rate value (100% or 0% respectively) or set it to an intermediate value (increment step is 10 %)." This statement is FALSE. This feature is not working properly. My account was suspended for awhile after a security breach on their end - they released $1200 to the wrong e-Currency account and that money is gone. After re-instating my account, we corrected the e-Currency account number but they changed my compounding from 0% to 100% and will not change it back. The website flashes the feature for 1 second and then disappears. I have had 2 techs go through my pc and even tried on their own, and have the same issue. My problem now is that I depend on the income - Atrex is adding the daily income to my balance, but absolutely refuse to respond now or do anything about the compounding issue. I use these funds to pay for transplant medications every month. Atrex seems not to care at all.||pending|
